Introduction

Hi, I’m Lindsay Went. I’m 45 years old and I have been tutoring for over 25 years.

Is your child struggling at school? Would you like to see your child succeed at school? Do you want them to enjoy learning?

It can happen. I am a teacher, I am a father, I am a lifelong learner and I can help your child improve.

I use the Fitzroy Method to teach reading. It works because it is clear, logical and ensures that young readers experience success. It is based upon the fact that English is an alphabetic language and has been developed by working with children!

I help children learn Maths in a clear, logical manner. I help them learn simple, effective techniques that will develop their speed and accuracy in Maths. I use technology and hands on resources to develop their understanding of concepts.

I know how to use technology with your children. I use quality programs that are engaging and useful.

I am a skilled, experienced teacher. I enjoy working with children and they respond well to me. I love learning and it’s natural for me to share that love with children.

I am located at Revesby. I currently have sessions available on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
